LyteRAD comes with a maintenance free embedded database as the default database for storing tables. You can configure a workspace to use an alternative database as the backend storage.

Click on Workspace in the top menu, this will bring the workspace chooser dialog, select the workspace that needs to use an sql compliant backend database server and enable the checkbox Uses SQL Backend. Continue configuring the server information as explained in Configuring an alternative database. |
