The licensee may not remove any proprietary notices, labels, trademarks on the software or documentation. The licensee may not modify, de-compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or translate the software without prior consent from Lyte3. Lyte3 gives the licensee permission to copy and distribute for free or for a price the derivative works under the terms of their choice. TERM - The licensee may terminate this License and Agreement at anytime by destroying all copies of the Product and Product Documentation. They will also terminate automatically if the licensee fails to comply with any term or condition in this Agreement.
